   I orderdd Christmas Cheer and got this program loaded on the cartridge. Now I need an overlay that matches. Where do I find one?

   I’m confused as to why you didn’t get the overlay when you purchased the Christmas Cheer cartridge. Where did you order from? What exactly did you order? Every cartridge comes with its own overlay.

   I also ordered Christmas Cheer and my cartridge was programed with Christmas solutions I guess there is a lot of us

   I would even be happy with aa photo copy of the template , or booklet so I know what to do with it.

   How did you figure out that you had two programs on the cartridge?
   You might be able to use without the overlay if you get the computer program. I have just gotten it and am not good at it yet but you program what you want on it and tell it to cut from there. It is pretty cool and you can hook up several cartridges through a juke box and don’t need the overlays at all with the computer hooked up.

   I don’t have two programs just the christmas solutions with the wrong template Anyone have a template they could copy and email to me .

   I also ordered the Christmas Cheer cartridge, and it came with the Christmas Solutions cartridge but with the Christmas Cheer overlay! I went online and brought up the Christmas Solutions and it’s product description and printed off the overlay display. At least now I can see what is on the cartridge! I’d like to have the right overlay, but I’m not going to go to all that trouble. The price was right, and I do like the content………………..

   The same thing happened to me, Heather. I got a Christmas Solutions cart in a Christmas Cheer box. The cart has a Christmas Cheer label and the box has a Christmas Cheer overlay, but when I put the cart into my E, the display says Christmas. The images on the display don’t match the images on the overlay, and the machine cuts the images on the display. I read that it’s a production error, but Provo Craft hasn’t gotten back to me.

   I noticed that a lot of the other cartridges listed on this site include a PDF of the “catalog”. Maybe someone has this available for the Christmas Solutions for those of you who don’t have anything?

    The EXACT same thing happened to me!!! I’m pretty disappointed as I was just getting ready to do all my christmas cards with the Christmas Cheer. I ordered mine from Custom Crops so hopefully they will help me out. I’m sure I won’t receive the replacement until after Christmas though

    I bought my Christmas Cheer from diecutcentral.com. When I tried to use it yesterday, I found it displayed and cut the images from the solutions cartridge Christmas/Noel. I contacted Die Cut Central that night and got a reply the next morning telling me they had received a shipment of mis-programmed cartridges and will be replacing my cartridge right away. Their customer service department was right on top of this and responded promptly. I would suggest all of you contact the person/company from whom you purchased yours.

    When you cut out the santa face white and the red had how do you change the colors like that please help
