I totally agree! I have tried for weeks to get a hold of ProvoCraft, both on their toll free number and local numbers,
you are on eternal hold…. I end up hanging up because I have wasted a hour each time waiting for someone to answer my questions…
I have emailed them several times with no response back…

I have been looking for this cartridge for 3 months and can’t find it any where. Cricut exclusive cartridges are impossible to find.Cricut .com is the only place they are supposed to be available and they have been out of stock since before NOvember 2010. I’m very disappointed in the availablity. Cricut .com will not contact you back on these cartridges.

Dear Carolyn,
Would using Cricut markers on the vinyl work? The above article says “print” rather than “cut”. They also talk of “transfer tape” which may indicate that even if they are “cut”, they may be too small to move w/o the help of transfer tape (which “picks up” the pieces “as cut”, then you tape them where you want them, then you rub on each element so that it adheres to the-say-window, then you carefully remove the transfer tape). The alternative is to use the image that is “left” on the cutting mat, the negative [so to speak].

Funny how you cant buy this cartridge at the stores or different scrapbooking stores. No one knows where to buy it or even find it. I’m about ready to contact the better business bureau and make a complaint. We pay $500.00 for a machine and cant get the cartridges we want.. No one seems to contact customers back, so go figure. Then cricut comes out with a newer machine then the Imagine, and they dont have the crinks worked out of the imagine, nor can you find the cartridges.. This I can see was a waste of money.
