You can make a little girl smile by making her a special paper doll set using the Cricut Once Upon a Princess Cartridge. First, print out and the 3-D castle on thick cardstock, cut and construct. Then, print one or two of the princess figures and a variety of the outfits as well. It is advisable to print these on thick cardstock as well, which will make them last longer. Put each doll with her accompanying outfits in a separate bag and place them inside the castle. This will be a stunning gift for the little girl with a big imagination.

Another fun project is to create a flannel board story set. Print out a variety of princess figures, animals, clothes and other images from the cartridge on scrapbook paper. You will then want to laminate these items and cut them out. Make sure that you cut about about 1/4" from the edge of the paper, leaving a border of film around the image. This will help to prevent the film from splitting. Using craft glue, attach them to flannel squares that can be found at your local craft store. Cut these out again, and you will have a fantastic set for your child to create with.

This wonderful item can be found very cheaply on eBay, where shopping is a breeze for the busy crafter. With quick shipping, you can receive your Cricut Once Upon a Princess Cartridge and begin to weave your own fairy tales.
