I have a question. What weight paper is good for making the envelopes in Wild Card? Cardstock is to heavy.

I am having a lot of trouble using the new Wild Card cartridge It looks fabulous but the book tells me very little about this cartridge.

Is there a book or something that a person can buy to inform you of all the things the cartridges can do for you?

I too am VERY confused but I found a LOT of help on youtube. There are a number of videos that gave me some helpful information. Do a search for Cricut Wild Card. I realized though that to get the most out of the Wild Card cartridge you really need to have the larger Cricut cutter. The smaller cutter isn’t large enough for the size of envelope and card. I guess I need to invest in one.

I just found a youtube video that said to cut the envelope first and make it a fit to page setting for the cut. Then notice the size that it cuts so that when you cut the card you can set it to that size. All attachments that you choose to put with the card will be at the same setting for that card. Hope that helps

In the begining of the booklet there is a practice card to make with instructions. After I made this card I understood it all better.

Can anyone answer why the box states that this cartridge will work with the orginal cricut and cut up to 5.5 however it won’t allow the envelopes to be printed? Is this by design?
